What to look for when buying Xpiera Z3 and Q 'bout mods topic

Hi,

I propably will buy Xpiera Z3 (White) tommorow. I checked already if the bootloader unlock is YES. And it is. So what else should I check before buying Z3?

And about moding and routing - I once had Z1 - there was something about DRM Keys etc. Is it possible to keep full functionality of Z3 with root, recovery and Custrom ROM? Also there was info about backup DRM keys - will it work wit Z3?
