I'm not sure what I flashed to cause this issue. I used sunshine months back and acquired s-off and unlocked bootloader. Now when I go to bootloader, it says locked and s-on. I ran sunshine again and it told me I was already s-off, and there was nothing to do. How do I get things back to saying s-off and unlocked?? Is there a tool to flash and toggle?? I was going to use my unlock key from HTC dev, but I don't want to wipe all my data. What is the best solution??

Splash Screen Creation!!!
I have unlocked bootloader and S-OFF. (The attached android-info.txt is for the International Variant only)
per usual, not responsible for bone-headed ness

You will need:

• latest adb & fastboot


• benny3's Image Converter (extracted in a project folder)


• an image in the dimensions of 1080x1920 (can be .png, .jpg, .bmp)


• latest Attachment 3317565


• **optionally** Photoshop, GIMP, Paint (I guess this could work. eek)

Steps to make your HTC One not blind you upon a restart...

1. Edit photo to liking


2. MAKE SURE IMAGE IS THE CORRECT SIZE ---> [ 1080x1920 ] <---


3. Open benny3's converter FOLDER, copy image to the 'place-image-here' folder


4. Run CLICK-HERE.BAT


5. Convert .jpg (.bmp, .png) to .img, close upon completion


6. Copy custom.img(from place-image-here folder) to Project Folder, rename file to splash1.nb0


7. Copy android-info.txt to same Project Folder


8. Zip/Archive these two files (I use winRAR), archive format MUST be .zip


9. Copy ProjectFolder.zip to sdk directory (wherever your fastboot command is located)


10. Reboot into Download Mode, plug phone into computer


11. Open adb/fastboot folder in command prompt (SHIFT + Right-click inside folder)


12.

I am currently s-on but running the GPE rom. Would I experience any benefits by s-off'ing and doing the GPE conversion? Or is there no difference other than OTA ability?

I got my phone from Bell (Canadian carrier) and I'd like to transfer to wind which uses the same AWS network as T-Mobile. Does my phone model have the AWS bands? If so, do I have to ruu to be able to transfer or can I just unlock it and it'll work?
