I've noticed that when I leave my phone idle at work, it will drain about 2% an hour even though my signal is stronger (usually around -95 dB). At home, I have a fairly weak LTE signal (usually -100 to -105), but my device will not drain nearly as quickly when idle.

I've been sitting at my desk for the last 3 hours, with maybe 2 or 3 minutes of SoT and it's gone from 90% down to 84%. At home, I'd see about 1-2% drop in the same amount of time.

Are there any engineers out there who would know why this thing would happen? Is it because the phone is switching back and forth between different towers?

This didn't happen with my G3 as the behaviour and battery drain was consistent amongst the two locations.

What genre games do you prefer to play on your smartphone? 3rd person or 1st person? What would you like to do in that game? Would you like to have levels and quests or to create your version of the game world where you can build and be aware of the weather conditions, diseases and other people attacking you or play in the main game world where you can gain levels and etc? Multiplayer or single-player?

Can this device support Bluetooth or WIFI controllers? I want to maintain Stock rom and would prefer not to mess with kernels too much. If I have to I can. Also has anyone figured out a HDMI Adapter that works with it?

I'm curious if people really want a custom kernel and, if so, what functionality makes them want it.

The only thing I have seen in the forums is color calibration but I don't know if that is even possible (I am not familiar with our video driver).

The only thing I would do for myself is to add a hotplug governor and enable all cores to theoretically make it more responsive while using less battery.

I would like to hear other feature requests to gauge whether or not to bother working on the kernel.
