(This is my first post, sorry if I posted it on the wrong forum.)

Hello, I was trying to change my LG L40's bootanimation.zip, but replacing the file with proper permissions doesn't remove the default "Tmobile" animation. Rooted, I haven't changed the ROM, and if possible, I preffer a manual solution. Note that I have nothing to do with Tmobile, I bought it at normal price from an electronics shop.

Hi guys. i downloaded two bootanimations that i want to use in my htc m8. one of them is the stock boot animation that have the htc one logo and the android name on the bottom, the other one is with the same htc one logo but without android logo and later harman/kardon appears. i want to merge them so it appears "htc one android"+"harman/kardon". i tried just replacing the images and creating another zip with store option and do not worked. already set the permissions right. followed this tutorial too and everything seemed right, but just a blackscreen appeared. i will upload the two boot animations, can anyone help me?

Alright, so I was trying to find some boot animations for my new N6, but couldn't find a dedicated thread. So, I'm going to create this Archive thread. Please, if you have a unique animation and would like to share it, send the file via email to geneg@genejg.tk and I will host them and place them on here. Please also include original developer's information!! If you see one here that is yours, feel free to message me and let me know; I will update the information.

After Pure Black or White Xperia bootanimations was an awesome job by XDA developers , So I decided to work on Material one!
I like the idea of the previous one but not appearance …

To install:
First make a nandroid for safety…
Simply flash chosen zip with recovery you want (all tested)

Note :

I’ve only tried on my Xperia C.

I haven’t tested it on other handsets so if you wanna try on yours I suggest you take backup of your present bootanimation . :)
