i have lost my android phone. Is there any app that I could push through google play store from my compute that could extract my pictures videos and other documents remotely. my android is not rooted and I did not have google plus back up or drop box back up . please help . I am willing pay for the app if it is not expensive. please help urgently

I have a strange error since I have installed rooted lollipop, shutter button it's opening the camera but not taking pictures. How fix this?
