Sorry for starting this thread, but this forum is very distracting to me. I have the Honor 6 Plus and I have to look all the time and in every thread if the Honor 6 or the Honor 6 plus is ment. Both have different specs, different hardware, different Firmware, different Software, etc.... (it´s like Galaxy S 5 and Galaxy Note 4)

I have an MSI Enjoy 10 Plus that I upgraded using stock ROM from MSI website. They have 2 firmwares available, 1 is labeled as no handwriting and the other one is with handwriting. it is under the 4.0 firmware section. I followed and downloaded all drivers and firmwares and it successfully finishes upgrading. at first It boots all the way only when I plug it to the wall charger and hangs on MSI Logo when unplugged from charger... I tried both with handwriting and no handwriting. now it won't boot all the way anymore. it just hangs on the black screen with MSI logo... I already tried recovery and it still won't boot all the way.

btw sometimes it does boot all the way but when i turn it off it hangs in MSI logo again. please help....

With this recovery, you can fully use the F2FS filesystem, as well other filesystems, for more i/o speed and less wear levelling : format, mount, umount, save and restore for any partition, Sd card or usb mass storage. At present, it is less sophisticated than some former PhilZTouch recoveries but it is fully working. It is made for Android Lollipop but certain Kitkat bootloaders could accept this recovery.
Flash it with ODIN or use the Linux dd command.

This is a compilation of Samsung Lollipop stock sources for the Galaxy S5 Plus with, in addition, F2FS support.
Although this kernel is FULLY functional, it is in a WIP state. There is no automaticity. A compatible PhilZ Touch recovery will follow.
Here are some examples. Suppose you deal with an external Sd card (it could be any partition of any device, as, for instance a USB mass storage device) :
(you must be root)
Format the Sd card (with adb or a terminal emulator) /sbin/mkfs.f2fs /dev/block/mmcblk1p1
Mount the Sd card : mount -t f2fs /dev/block/mmcblk1p1 /storage/extSdCard
Umount the Sd card : umount /storage/extSdCard
File Checking the Sd card : /sbin/fsck.f2fs /dev/block/mmcblk1p1

There is an attach file. Flash with Odin or use dd ...
