Hey there,

hopefully somebody could help me and want to test the new Channel API with WIFI support for transferring files between phone and watch via WIFI.
The watch should already running the new Android Wear version 5.1.1.
I've integrated this functionality into the "Wear Media" app and the transfer over bluetooth is working well and a little bit faster than the previous implementation using Data Layer API.

So it would be nice, if somebody could test this via WIFI :)

This bizarre bug just started happening yesterday.
Whenever I try to connect my phone via usb, and move or interact with a file in any way, the window freezes completely. And any attempt to reconnect the phone fails.

I'm running stock android kit Kat 4.2 and my phone was never rooted.
I tried switching cables, I tried switching computers, I did a factory reset, and I'm still experiencing this problem.

This just started happening yesterday, I spent all day looking for answers, tried usb debugging, could not find anything similar, and nothing works...

If anyone knows anything about this I would really appreciate help, I'm at a complete loss here.

I've tried to follow this tutorial : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php to modify my internal storage.

I was on CM12.

I have modify the partition of my device with Odin (I've try different PIT files, 10GB, 8GB).
After I boot my phone In discovery mode, wipe date, wipe partion cache and Davik cache and install the custom CM12 ROM and the Google App.
When I try to start my phone, I'have a bootloop on the Cyanogene screen.

When I try to mount /storage/sdcard0 I'have an error (Error mounting /storage/sdcard0)

I really don't know what to do.
If somebody know what I can do.

Right now I'm using the LG L7X P714 with stock but rooted Kitkat 4.4.2 firmware.
I can see that there are many options to record the phone's screen even if the rom is the stock, rooted or not. But no matter what app I try, and even after using the command from adb like developer.android says, which I suppose it has to work fine in every single terminal with Kitkat... it simply doesn't!
All I get is an mp4 file with pink and green lines.


What I do in adb is:

Also I tried modifying the values of "--size" and "--bit-rate" without success.

The 420x800 are supposed to be the LG P714 screen dimensions.

I've read some things like let the phone use the hardware and not the software, or let it use GPU instead of CPU. I'm not sure but once I tried this app called Recordable and it's the ONLY app that allows me to record the screen.
When the option "Use Hardware" is activated:

Resizing images seems impossible. Whatever.
So, yes, it is possible to record the screen but, how can I achieve that directly from my pc's adb in just one simple line like it is supposed to be??? What is wrong with the Use Hardware option? What else do I need here, logcat?

the device in question Nexus 7 2013 32 GB Wifi, bought in September 2013, stock Android 5.0. or 5.0.1 (can´t really remember) rooted via Nexus Tool Kit

Turned it off to restart it as the animations were getting sluggish after using certain apps, e.g. MX Player (ever since getting Lollipop, didn´t update further as i read about other nexi getting bricked by the update). After this, i couldn´t get it to turn on again, powerbutton + volume down didn´t work, charging it for 1 hour and trying again also didn´t work. Simply nothing shows up, can´t get into the bootloader.
When i connect it to my pc it pops up as a local drive (FAT, 43,2 mb free out of 85,9) with an single folder "image".

PLease my phone was bootlooped after messing up with my build.prop file.
The problem is I dont have CMW recovery on my phone neither was usb debugging was enabled on my phone.
So I get a nandroid backup from a friend who use the same type of phone but I dont know how to flash it to my phone.

Note: My phone support adb sideloading and fastboot

Whenever I try a screenshot with power and vol down, it takes it, but says file damaged, can not copy. I'm rooted stock 39a. Any ideas?

Any way to get normal USB drives to mount with OTG?

The only way I can access otg USB is with ESFile Explorer. Under local it has access and it shows as USB1002 and let's me browse. Better than nothing but...

Can't get it to show up in TWRP recovery also. Usually keep recoveries stored on my USB for safe keeping.

E: unknown file system: 'datamedia' help how to solved this.:(
