Hello, just upgraded from a Galaxy S4 on T-Mobile to an unlocked Verizon HTC One M8 handset. Popped in the sim, I can send and receive text, but no data, get the usual "sim unknown source" stuff. I am wanting to flash either LolliGPE or Skydragon.

My question, is there anything special I need to do before/after I flash these, since I'm using a different network than what the handset was originally supposed to be on? Maybe I need to flash different radio? This is my first time using an unlocked phone, previously all my phones with custom ROMs were on the same network as the handset variant.

Otherwise, would I just update to the latest OTA update from Verizon, root, install TWRP, then flash LolliGPE, and I'm all good?

I'm testing CM 12.1 and came from the official Kitkat rom. I had to flash CWM via fastboot (thread here) in order to install CM 12.1. It worked, but I was stuck with that Cyanogen recovery that comes with CM 12.1. I tried flashing CWM and TWRP, but my phone went into a boot loop. I was forced to reflash 12.1. I also tried installing a newer version of TWRP via XZRecovery, but it got stuck and never installed anything. Here are my problems:

• Can't make nandroid backups


• Unable to flash Xposed zip for Lollipop 5.1

Is it possible to run CM 12.1 and have a regular recovery like CWM/TWRP?

Currently I play in a game or I would need to have SEVERAL account and be able to switch from one to the other.

I am trying to find out if it is possible to change a apk file to change the original installation file and thus possessed several times this game on my phone (Samsung S4 9505 )
