Hello to the Forum
I am new on the Forum i do not know exactly how it works Please excuse me
I have a SAMSUNG 8500 with Bada
I would like to suppress Bada and replace it with ANDROID Kitkat 4.4;4
I Tried the procedure listed in the Topic ROM][WIP][NAND] Omni 4.4 - 11.12.2014
i could Flash Bootfiles Startkernel and FOTA with Multiloader
i do not understand the following and I do not want to have my Phone Bricked ! - -
Do I have to proceed the Android recovery immediately after that step Before loading the SDCard ?
ROM means the Android File ? Where can I get this ROM ?
What Does it mean > choose zip with ROM ?
Do you have to set the Phone in - DOWN LOAD MODE to make this procedure - vol low -+ camera + power ?

I try to install lollipop rom Omni homemade 5.1 but i can't. I have issues below:

Warning: no file_contextsmount: failed to mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p9 at /system: device or resource busy
ApplyParsedPerms: removexattr of /system/bin/backuptool.sh to 0 failed: Operation not supported on transport endpoint
Set_metadata: some changes failed
E: error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip (status 7)
Installation aborted.

I rooted the phone, installed superuser, custom rom but get same issue.

Please, could you help me?

My configuration:
Android version 4.0.3
Baseband version I9100XXLPX
Kernel version
3.0.15-I9100XWLPG-CL619441

You must do a full wipe in recovery if coming from another ROM. Don't forget to do a Nandroid Backup first and give the ROM 15 mins to stabilise! The first boot will take 15 minutes!

Hi guys
I attempted a port of omni for the moto g 2013 .I was able to compile it but refuses to boot.I have set SELinux to permissive.But it refuses to boot again.it shows up boot animation for some time and then come backs to bootlogo.P.S.:I'm using the bfam hals.
