XENOZU !! player won't play video anymore on my Gear S !!no matter with wifi or connecting to the phone via bluetooth? It always shows this screen. youtube-com-devicesupport

was working perfect until few day ago...
updated firmware to BOC1 , nothing change..
tried to reinstall app, no change..
factory reset watch ... nothing

Same problem was find on gear s google communities from Sharon Chen post
unfortunately i can't post the link...

any advices.. any one have this message error ??? Thanks.
