[Q] Phone does't boot to system after installing TWRP V2.8.6.1 topic

I installed the TWRP V2.8.6.1 I as described in TWRP web site.
After installation I rebooted the phone and it rebooted to recovery so I tried to reboot to system but it rebooted back to recovery.
Any idea how to address this issue?
