[Q] cm 11 rom update HELP topic

i need help to fix a problem on my telefoon.
i had a while back a problem whit my Phone so i restored a backup whit an older version fo cm11.
the problem is that i want to update the cm but de goomanager app doesn't find roms.
so how can i fix this.

and if it cant be fixed is it posible that i can instal the laste verison dowloaded from internet, whitout loosing all my app's and picture's
