looking for a good launcher for CM11.. topic

hello all
the look of my cm11 just little annoyng after 1 year of using this..
i want a new look but still when i am on CM 11..
there is a launcher that you can reccomend me? something beaytyful,something that have a "new" look,a tehcnology look.
i love this all type of what i wrote

    I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your
    blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
    But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people
    could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having
    one or 2 images. Maybe you could space it
    out better?
