[HELP]Can't get any LP Roms to boot topic

Coming from 444 nj4 I flash PAC ROM or cm12 (Not 12.1)...

Installs fine with safe step, no errors...

Hit reboot, I'm stuck in recovery boot loop requiring me to Odin back to NB1 to get out of!

Any help?
