HELP, Stuck at boot with "recovery booting" topic

okay i was running a old rom(AllianceROM v5 - BNH5) and wanted to start new, i was told to follow .... http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmob...vd0b1-t3042249

so i did, it came up saying passed, but got stuck at the S5 Boot screen with "recovery booting" for a little over 1 hour, now it will not turn on, i have took out the battery and everything, it will not power on and the pc will not read it

all i wanted to do was remove the old rom, Update my system and go to a new rom

PLEASE someone help me out, ASAP, its the only phone(including house) i got
