touchscreen not responding except the softbuttons topic

i dropped my phone on its screen the screen works but is cracked.
the touchscreen doesnt react but the soft buttons are working
the strange is that it did block because the knock code was wrong

is coincidentally that the soft buttons still work or is it a software issue

now i want to backup but its locked please help
