[Q] Why cant i move apps to sd card? topic

My question seems familiar but i dont intend to waste someones time as i tried sdk manager and adb to set install location at 2 and successfully followed this procedure in which we set install location 2 from howtogeek and after finishing it the result was successful according to website but the problem is that even now my "Move to sd card" button is greyed out so someone please help me.I assure everyone that its not a duplicate.
