[Q] Restoring Google Contacts and Backup copy for M9+ topic

Hi Guys,

I'm new to all these.
I just got a China version of M9+ and unfortunately, it does not support anything that is related to Google.
Which means all my previous contact under Google account as well as Google Play cannot be access.

Is there anywhere to resolve this? Does it means I need to root?
Newbie here still trying to know what root is:D

    Nor is it indicative of what a 4K TV will look like in your home, running mediocre 4K streaming signals from Netflix or Amazon.
