[Q] my phone takes 6 hours to fully charge topic

Hi
I just bought the galaxy s6 dual sim from expansys.com , the phone is great and i loved everything about it
except that it takes 6 hours to fully charge , I tried :
- draining off the battery.
- using another cabel
- rest factory

What is more scary is the website support, they don't answer any of my emails :(
I really hope i can find a soultion with u guys, otherwise it's just piece of junk :(

* If anyone knows how to get in touch with the support of Expansys i would appreciate it if u let me know ;)
