WIFI constantly on even after turning it off topic

Yes I have turned off Scanning always available under advance options(Not a noob :p). But still my wifi was on over the night. Turning it off and on doesn't make any difference it just stays on. Is there any wakelock detector app that can tell which app may be causing it ? Also i have included the screenshots below . Please do have a look.

    I am really inspired along with your writing skills and also
