Which is the best ROM today for my Xperia Z1? topic

Hi everyone, I am new here. From Argentina (so, my english is not perfect, sory)

I have official Lollipop, but I want to install it the better ROM.
I don't care if it is not Lollipop.

My preferences are:
Fluency
Battery
Only basic apps, no to o charged

So, which ROM is the best?

Is there one with no bugs?

I really appreciate your help.
