Verizon Terrible Customer Service topic


So I call Verizon to find out if I would be allowed to activate my Nubia Z7 Max on their network since it's CDMA in addition to GSM and by all indications it should work. Spoke to a lady that said they only allow Verizon branded phones but if I buy an iPhone direct from Apple and inform Apple it's for Verizon then they will accept it because Apple will set it up accordingly. Informed her that my phone will work on Verizon so why is it just Apple phones? She couldn't answer coherently and suggested I speak with a supervisor. Well, this guy comes on the phone and before I can say anything tells me they don't activate non Verizon phones and never will and I should stop wasting their time and never call back then slams the phone on me. What the F@#*K?! What an asshole! I will never, ever, ever have anything to do with those arrogant, rude mofos!

So I call back to complain and speak to a very nice lady who's shocked to hear what happened but since I didn't get a name she can't really help. She apologized profusely and basically told me the guy was full of it. That all I need to do is take it into a Verizon shop for them to test a sim and if it works then I can open an account. Simple. Now why couldn't sh!t for brains just explain that politely? Why is he even working in Customer Service? Yeah, Never Settle for a rude, arrogant company.
