Symbol in Spanish subtitles topic

The subtitles in Spanish shows a symbol in the accent and in the letter ñ, !, ¿
I'm using a galaxy tab 3 with 4.4.2, I don't know if I have to change sometime in the settings of the player or is it sometime else? Help
