Stock ROM help topic

Hi,

I recently installed Cyanogenmod onto my HTC oneXL (Evita).

I decided I didn't like it due to the fact that it doesn't like playing music very well, either through the internal speaker or through a bluetooth speaker.

I decided to revert my phone back to it's stock state, but I somehow deleted my backup by accident in the process :(

The information I have on my boot screen is as follows:

The phone is on the Orange/EE network in the UK and I can't seem to be able to find a stock RUU or a nandroid backup for it anywhere only an OTA, which I can't use as I can't find a stock RUU.

Does anyone perhaps have a nandroid backup or stock RUU that I can use?
