[Q]Camera Issues topic

Right, I'm running catyclasym 5.1 with elementalX kernal and the Google camera is nothing short of absolute rubbish....
I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same issues and if there's a fix for it.... It will not focus and all pictures on it seem smokey and just general bad quality. I did try out a free version of Manual Camera but after a while I got force closes.... plus I'd rather stick to Google apps.
