[Q] Xperia Z1 getting heat-up after upgrade to official Lollipop topic

I noticed that my phone got to much warm as i used 4G on it after update to lollipop official. Also phone performance getting slow as i use FB for a while.
What is the solution for it ? is it compulsory to factory reset on every software update?
