[Q] wi-fi problems topic

i have a htc m8 with lollipop o/s now i cannot connect to the play store on my wi-fi . i can connect to the store on a different network . on my network it says check you connection and try again . after looking into it some more i found this on my sonic wall .IPSPrevention alert:VIRUS AndroidOS Plankton Activity .SID:7024 ,Priority :High . unhandled link -local or multicast IPV6packet dropped) any body know what this is HELP . Ps there are 5-6 android phones on this network and they all have the same problem :( its so fustrating
