[Q] Update to Lollipop 5.x topic

I've come across various online articles about Verizon updating Note 4 to Android 5.0.1. Is that an over the air update because I just checked Verizon's website for and they are selling Note 4 with Android 4.4. KitKat. If anyone living in Texas, US can confirm if they've received an update, I'd appreciate it.
