[Q] Unable to manage user account on Nexus 7 2013 Android 5.1.1 topic

Hi guys,

I'm unable to manage my user account on my device. When I tap on my user account avatar in settings I get the "Unfortunately settings has stopped" message all the time.
I've tried wiping the cache partition but it didn't help.
I'm on stock Android 5.1.1

Any suggestions?
