[Q] SD permission check on Lollipop topic

Hi,
is there any way how to check which app has allready granted SD card write permission?
I mean when i grant permission for few apps like total commander,file explorer etc, and then i want to see all apps with granted permissions and be able to decline sd write when the app was allready granted to write whole sd..
