[Q] Phone stuck on HTC screen topic

So I accedently wiped my system through TWRP. I have no idea how to turn it off to get to bootloader mode nor what to do after that. It is rooted btw if that helps. Also I keep trying to lock it like it says in the instructions to root it but it get stuck on bootloader mode. but first is there a way to get of of the HTC mode? Its an HTC desire 610 from AT&T.
