[Q] Phicomm EX780L Root topic

I got a PHICOMM EX780L, and want to use the google apps.
But I try all tools I can found, I can't root it even flash any roms.
Does anyone have solution for this device? Because it has powerful HW but bad SW support...
I try Framaroot, 360 root, king root, and follow XDA's root setps by ADB and Ubuntu.
All I got is Read-Only system, or permission denied, or directory doesn't exist.
I use ADB tool to reboot into fastboot, the phone will always keep on its Logo page.
I can use "fast oem unlock" and it showed ok. But I can't flash any imgs or roms.

    We can register any availablecom, web, org, us,
    biz, orinfo domain name and we can host any existing domain.
