[Q] Nova Launcher accessibility issue topic

Has anyone run into an issue with the latest Nova Launcher update in which a dialog pops up whenever you try to drag your notification bar down on the home screen, asking you turn on a setting in the Accessibility menu? The problem is that it won't let me turn anything on, and the dialog won't go away.

    First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that
    I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out
    how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
    I've had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
    I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
    15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out
    how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
