[Q] error can`t mount in recovry mode topic

hi gays i have error in recovery mode CMW & TWRP


when i need to install cm12 press install zip from sdcard say (error can`t mount ) how can me fix this problem


or how i can flash zip or convert .zip to .tar.md5 to flash cm12 by odin

please help me gays and thanks for help :D:D:D:D:D:D:o:o:o:o
