[Q] Battery stuck at 0% topic

My Oneplus One's battery got inflated and I had to order one for ebay, finally got it. So I proceeded to replace the battery. Done.

Now the battery meter is stuck at 0%, the phone boots while connected to power, but turns off immediately after disconnecting, is there something I could have done wrong?
