[Q] ATT says phone is using data when connected to WiFi. What do I do? topic

I just started a new data period and ATT says I already have used 1.15GB of data. According to my usage manager on my Samsung Galaxy S5, I have used 15.78MB. I have used the WiFi though.
What is happening and how can I fix it?
