[Q] Accounts keep disappearing! topic

I have a problem that's completely baffling me. Every few days, almost all of my accounts disappear from Settings / Accounts. My 2 Google accounts, OneDrive (which I use for photo sync), and maybe one or two more will remain but everything else (CyanogenMod, Office, Trello, Twitter) all disappear. I'm running CM 12.1 with the latest nightly (20150518) and I'm running Xposed alpha 4 (20150514) with a few modules (GravityBox, Greenify, Pictures2SD, and a few others).

I've tried turning off Google auto backup in Settings, wiping data for Google account manager and starting over, running fix permissions in recovery. I'm at my wits end and I'm not sure what to try next. Anyone have any thoughts, ideas, possible troubleshooting steps?
