[Q] 4G LTE topic

I have a rooted, OEM Unlocked Spice Dream Un running on Android 5.1 stock rom. According to the Spice website, it supports the 4G frequency in my area, 1800 and I have a 4G SIM card. However, the phone only allows 3G and 2G. Is there any method or ROM to circumvent this? I have seen one for the lg g3.
