Pls Help N7100 Problem topic

Hey all.I just try to upgrade my n7100 from 4.1.2 to 4.4 via ODIN and now my phone dont let me to connect to mobile network,i have full signal and i can search for networks but i cant register in network.Also i check my IMEI is weird like 00499...... i tryed alot of tutorials and i downloaded and flash with ODIN some EFS files from google ,but i still have the same problem.Can anyone with note 2 give me in private a copy from their EFS folder???pls:confused:
