I don't know how it got there, but it's probably because it's an Amazon app. It's the wishlist on the bottom right side of the screenshot I've included. I've deleted it from favorites many times, but it keeps coming back. All it does is link to the Amazon wishlist, so I dint think there is an apk associated with it. It doesn't show up in app lists, either.
