CM12.1 how to backup settings,shortcuts,grouping icons,etc. topic

Hi ,

I put my first question on XDA ;)

I own a i9300 and run a cm12.1 (5.1.1) beta rom.
Every week there is a new update of this rom.
A dirty flash is no good idea, so every time I reinstall the whole Phone.
Becaus I have many icons, short cuts, dektop settings etc.. it takes hours to reinstall the Phone.
Is there a way to backup these settings/icons and restore them after a reinstall of the Phone?
