WHAT PROBLEM DO I HAVE:: I dont know but LG G3 D855 International (EU) arrive with a glass screen protector applied in it...so, i dont know and i buy this on the picture above!! For apply that i need to remove the one in my G3 (who i'm thinking is plastic), when come off i see is a glass protector but remove it anyway...and for test i have broken it for my mistake (very bored with it)!

happy to have a new one when i'm applying it see dont fit on my screen, have almost 2mm in both sides with dont be covered by this screen protector, in top and bottom is about 1mm nothing special but in sides is way worst!

I know is a cheaper screen protector but, i ask: anyone already have the same issue with glass screens protector?

sugestions for a better than fits well?

Does anyone have really bad light flares with their s6 edge cameras? Here's two pictures I took at night in the same location; first one is without flash and the second has flash. My mode was on auto, I didn't mess with anything in the camera settings. Should I mess with the different options in Pro mode to lessen the flare? I don't think I have light flares this bad on my S4..

Hello everyone,

I have just updated my At&t Galaxy note 4 to lollipop a couple of weeks ago and I have lost the ability to skip tracks from my Pioneer DEH-P8400BH car stereo, while connected through Bluetooth to my note 4. I have tried with the stock music player and Playerpro and nothing happens when I skip a track back or forward. I don’t have any lock screen software and I have a Gear 2 always connected to my phone that can skip tracks without issues.

Please I need some help, it’s very annoying and not to mention dangerous to deal with my phone while I am driving.

I have problem with my 4gb micro sd card...i put some MP3 files but when 3.59gb is remaining every files that I put doesn't play...it says 'this player does not support this type of audio file'
I have use a different music app rocket player...i have tried everything but problem still the same

Since i updated to the last lollipop, when i send some sms, the reciver recives fragsments of old sms, so totally different from what i sent.
I replaced the sim card, i was stock and go root with custom rom...


I'm the only one with this issue? There is a solution?

I have started to read "Pro Android Python with SL4A" by Paul Ferril & immediately failed while trying to execute Python script. I'd be very thankful to anybody who can provide a little explanation about SL4A + Python installation process.

So, my steps:
1) I opened this page, read QR code, downloaded and installed sl4a_r6.apk.
2) I opened previously installed SL4A app on my phone, press Menu > View > Interpreters, the list of the interpreters appeared with only one item - "Shell".
3) I pressed Menu > Add > Python 2.6.2, this started downloading of the "PythonForAndroid_r5.apk". I downloaded that file & installed it.
4) I opened newly installed "Python for Android" and press "Install" button in the app. Some components and scripts were installed successfully.
5) I opened the "SL4A" app again, press Menu > View > Interpreters, the "Python 2.6.2" item appeared in the list together with the "Shell".
6) I pressed "Back" button, the "Scripts" screen appeared with a list of scripts with the "py" extension.
7) I pressed on the "hello_world.py", the little pop-up appeared with the buttons "Execute", "Settings" (at least, with the settings icon), "Edit" and so on.
8) If I press the "Execute" button, I get only the black screen with the label "hello_world.py exited".
9) If in "SL4A" app I press Menu > View > Interpreters and the select "Shell" I will get terminal with the Linux Prompt ".... $". But If I go to the SL4A > View > Interpreters and the select "Python 2.6.2" I will receive black screen with the label at the top: "Python 2.6.2 exited."

So, as from the novice's point of view, the Python process is terminated each time I try to start it. What can be done in this situation?

but then shows No Sim.

so recently i have installed a custom rom: taktik release 1,when i click on the wifi tab in settings it does not respond,in place of that it points me to the bluetooth tab
when i turn my phone in horizontal manner and touch the wifi tab it works.Not only in wifi tab,in some other cases such as when i deleting my cache files from storage ,there comes
and option cancel or yes. i click both the options repectively but it doesn`t work,again i turned my phone in horizontal manner it works,then i thought to flash another custom rom,but the problem is same.please help

Really hope someone can help me on this. I clicked on update and now it shows 12.0-YNG1TAS17L
And when I boot the phone into recovery, it goes to a new screen of Cyanogen Recovery, it is totally different than TWRP that I have in on my phone.
I already make sure the phone "update Cyanogen Recovery" is unchecked. But no matter now many times I reboot, reset the phone. It goes to that new recovery screen.

Now I can't root my phone at all. I tried android-sdk-windows.....etc. It will not work.
Tried install it from recovery, it saids install failed.

IS there a way I can use TWRP instead?

i have root my galaxy core and put rom lolipop it was working fine but it was not giving me root access so i try to root it again all work fine i got supersu but after that it went to CWM mode there after im not abl to do any thing its not geting pass by CWM and in cwm it show warning : no file_contexts.

Hello, guys. I've been having some weird problems with my Xperia M and a SanDisk 8GB SD Card. So, here's what is happening: I can only edit files in the SD Card with any file explorer app in the Xperia M or by connecting the Xperia M with an USB to the PC. Any other ways will result in failure and a message that my SD Card is write protected. Can anybody help me fixing it? I know the SD Card is not broken because it works perfectly with the Xperia M.

Firstly an introduction to my problem - I've been having problems with high cpu usage whenever I enable my wifi. I've gone to stock [I9100DXLSD_I9100OLBLSD_XME.zip], tried different kernels [Apolo, siyah, speedmod, dorimanx], tried different roms [slimkat, neatmod, jellysnap], done factory resets for each, flashed quite a few modems [dx's,xx's, currently trying radio-cm-9-SGS2-LP6-signed.zip, there's a whole bunch that I'm still going through as well - can't post urls yet]. I had no luck with all of these methods so far.

Since that approach didn't work I have also been looking at wakelock detector,gsam and betterbatterystats to find out what was chewing up cpu and causing battery drain. I initially thought it was something caused by google play services (SystemUpdateService), wlan_rx_wake, or a pc/router on network with a configuration conflict or something like ipv6 causing bizarre behaviour but so far I have been able to get rid of wlan_rx_wake problems but those were minor on the battery drain problems I was having. Using a static ip also did not improve anything. Wakelock detector/gsam/betterbatterystats were now all showing either android os or android kernel as the culprit but would not show exactly what process was causing it. Once I enabled 'show cpu usage' in developer options I was able to see that dhd_dpc process was causing all this havoc. There does not seem to be much information on the net about this process and problem. When I switch wifi on, I'll be able to use the net fine for a few seconds to a minute before dhd_dpc decides to kick in and using a high amount of cpu causing insane drains and I have to quickly switch wifi off before it locks up requiring a reboot.

What I have found out through all of this by accident is that if I enable wifi and then quickly copy a file from my phone to a pc on the network, I am able to use internet on my phone without any lockups and the speed (cpu) is fine and fluid as usual but only while the file is still copying over the network. During this time dhd_dpc seems to consume cpu like it normally should as I've seen on the other devices I have. Why is this? This has to be a software issue since it works flawless when I do this? Not sure why it would require some sort of lan traffic in order to get wan traffic working without sending the cpu usage to orbit. The battery of course drains but not as bad since it's busy copying files over. Maybe possible that it doesn't like the routers on my network that might be sending arps and copying files over the network makes it ignore that traffic (just shooting in the dark here)?

I hope someone can shed light on this and perhaps give me some other things I can try. Btw, cell radio/mobile data are all fine, except for one or two of the modems that I tried. So is this kernel, rom or modem related? Please help! This is the only thing not working properly on this phone. Thanks for all those that took the time to read and answer.

I feel noob. My Nexus 9 is giving "Internal device error" every time restart. I searched here at XDA and found that I need to flash VendorBuildFingerprintFix.zip but don't know what to do and how to do? Can anyone explain in detail.

Right now my Nexus 9 is on 5.1.1 stock rom with stock recovery and unrooted and unlocked. What steps should I follow. How to flash this vendor file? I am aware of flashing using adb and fastboot so please help.

I have a strange problem with mi car, my mobile and playing throught bluetooth with spotify, let's see if someone can help me a little :)

Car: Seat Leon 3 with multimedia audio system A2DP + AVRCP (unknown version)
Mobile: Samsung Galaxy S5 4.4 / 5.0
App: Spotify (lastest)

Spotify audio works over car's bluetooth, also play/pause/next/etc... but the problem is that TRACK INFO is not showing on Media System Screen. But, if I open Samsung stock player, play a song, stop it without closing it and then play again with spotify, now it works but without timelapse of the song.

Anyone could explain me whats wrong and how to solve it? It's doing the same with android 4.4 and 5.0, I couldn't try other phones already.

Hi, on my gridview (like a gallery images) i can show photos on sd card, but some pictures aren't shown by the grid. But if i tap on it i can show it, it exist obviously. So i have some white square instead of the "preview" of the image. It would seem it doesn't load.
Can someone help me?

when i try to use google earth it give a black screen and few second it Disappears ,
i don't get the crashing message it son't tells me that it unfortunately stops.

i try to format it ( wipe data/ factory reset) but it didn't work i still got the same problem

I've noticed that pressing the left side of the home button doesn't activate it, is this normal, or should I use my warranty to get it repaired?
Edit: It does work if you click the left side of it, though I need to press harder, and it feels a bit wiggly.

Hello guys im new here and sorry if i post it wrong. I installed this UNOFFICIAL CyanogenMOD 12.1 for my Galaxy S3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...-12-1-t3066864 . And yes i know its an unofficial rom to S3. But i have a question about this i installed it this night worked flawless only problem i have with it now atm and wondering if more of you S3 users use this custom rom. My Camera does not work if i start the camera that follows the CM its says just Camera has stopped working. If i open up google camera the rear/back camera just getting purpel/pink stripes over half the screen and it freeze. Like if i point the camera at my shoes it will just freeze there no matter where i point it.

When i then take picture nothing happens. But the selfie camera (front one) works but not the back one. So my question is should i just try to wipe the data and rom from my Clockworkmod recovery and reinstall the rom? I will point all the steps i did.
Step 1: Rooted stock rom jelly bean 4.3 android version with CF-Auto-Root-m0-m0xx-gti9300.zip through Odin.
Step 2: Made sure by my self the root was success full and it was downloaded the root checker and it told the phone is rooted did also check with SuperSU same there.
Step 3: I installed the CWM 6.0.4.4 through odin v3.09. booted the phone and see that it installed right and it did.
Step 4: Downloaded the CM rom from the first link and putted into my SDcard and gapps for Android 5.1.X from CM wikipedia.
Step 5: Installed ROM Manager from play store. Checked again if my root was succesfully on JB 4.3 it was.
Step 6: Opened ROM Manager and installed the CM 12.1 from the link in this post checked Backup this rom and checked Delete data and cache then restart and install.
Step 7: Install is done booted into recovery mode and installed GAPPS and then downloaded the camera but did not work.
So is it anyway to fix this or have an offical CM 12.1 for S3? And sorry again if i posted wrong

It's so annoying that the time zone files on the Edge are outdated. Chile did away with daylight saving time before the phone came out but the time zone files are 2014g... I hate changing my time zone because it screws with my calendars.

Any way to fix this without rooting or changing your time zone? Will Samsung fix this problem if I bring it to a service center?
